Policy at Autumn RETREAT
Your appointment time has been reserved for you and if you need to reschedule,
24 hours notice is required to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
Voucher Terms
& Conditions
All Autumn RETREAT gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the voucher can be partially
redeemed, but must be fully redeemed before the gift voucher expires. Any
unused amount will be forfeited when the voucher expires. Where the cost of the
treatment exceeds the available voucher amount, the voucher holder will be
required to make up the difference with a payment at time of treatment. This
voucher should be treated like cash. Autumn Retreat does not take any
responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. All Gift Vouchers are
non-refundable. All gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Autumn Retreat,
Thornbury.
