Sue brings to her counselling a non-judgmental approach founded on empathy and respect for individual circumstances. Utilising an integrative approach that includes mindfulness, person centred and focusing orientated approaches Sue aims to create a supportive and safe space to walk alongside you and explore your concerns, helping you to find your own unique answers. Sue has a particular interest in grief and loss, anxiety, depression and support for life transitions that includes pregnancy, parenting and menopause.
It can be very difficult to take the first step, but if you decide to make the time to commit to therapy you can find a way to relate differently to the difficulties in your life and make lasting changes. Feeling comfortable with Sue is also important so call to arrange a time to discuss with her what you feel you need at this time.
