Yin Yoga is a more passive style of yoga where traditional postures, asanas are held for longer periods of time and supported by yoga props. It targets the connective tissue & fascia, lengthening the tissue and releasing tension/pain. It is profoundly restorative and suitable for all levels. Our Yin classes may include a combination of traditional Yin poses & restorative practice – a beautiful blend of deep work and blissful relaxation.
